IPAS DOUBLE VALVE ASPIRATOR
The Ipas double valve aspirator is a single-use device for manual vacuum aspiration. This disposable option has suction capability equivalent to an electric suction machine; but the double valve aspirator keeps the gestational sac intact more so than the suction machine.
Clinical applications of DVS include:
- treatment of incomplete abortion for uterine sizes up to 12 weeks sine the woman's last menstrual period (LMP)
- first trimester abortion
- endometrial biopsy
