Returns

Returnable Items
All returns must be authorized, unopened and properly labeled. Authorization and
acceptance of returns for reasons other than a shipping error or damage, as long as
the product is re-sellable, is at the sole discretion of HPSRx Enterprises.
Products received as the result of an HPSRx Enterprises error or damaged in shipping
if reported within two business days of receipt and returned within 30 days will receive
100% credit.

Products received as the result of a customer error, excluding non-returnable items, if
reported within two business days of receipt and returned within 30 days will have a
15% handling charge applied. Shipping charge is not refundable.
Controlled drugs may require special handling.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened products or partial bottles.
Products past three months of expiration date.
Products that have been marked, damaged, soiled or adulterated in any way.
Special ordered items / products that are not ordinarily stocked.
Biological products.
Products that cannot be returned to the manufacturer for credit, including some
expired items, are not returnable.

Transportation for Returns
Except when due to an error by HPSRx Enterprises, as determined by HPSRx, transportation
and insurance charges on all merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned merchandise must be sent via a traceable shipping service, not US Mail.
Returned refrigerated merchandised must be shipped under refrigeration. Credit will not be given for improperly shipped items.
