Processing: Orders placed before 4pm EST will be processed and shipped same day. Otherwise, orders will ship the next business day. 
Order Issues: If there are any price discrepancies or short-dated items on your order, a customer service representative will be contact with you regarding your approval or denial. Please provide the best contact information on your application to avoid any delays in transit.

You can place orders online quicky and easily by clicking our customer login button at the top of the page. If you are unsure of your username and password, please contact us to provide that information. 

You may send purchase orders or any other inquiries for purchasing to customerservice@hpsrx.com. This email is closely monitored throughout the workday to ensure timely processing of orders. 

Please call 800-850-1657 if you would like to place an order over the phone with us. To do so, please call between the hours 9am-6pm. 

If faxing your order is the best method for your facility, please fax your orders to 800-361-6984. 

Quotes

Should you need a quote, please contact customer service at 800-850-1657 or  customerservice@hpsrx.com. Once you receive a quote, it is valid for 30 days. Quote pricing is subject to change due to our right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturers' price increases.

Shipping

  • HPSRx is licensed to ship to all 50 states.

  • All orders will be processed as FedEx ground shipping unless otherwise specified. 

  • Rush or overnight shipping options are available upon request for an additional cost. 

  • Cold products will be processed as FedEx Priority Overnight and will only ship out Monday-Thursday, excluding the day before holidays. 

  • There will be a $10.00 refrigeration handling fee added to any refrigerated orders.

  • All deliveries require a signature. If your office has certain delivery times, hours, or requirements, please indicate that on your application or by contacting us. 

Returns

HPSRx Enterprises Inc. cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. To arrange for a return please call our customer service department. All returns must be unopened and properly labeled. Authorization and acceptance of returns for reasons other than a shipping error or damage, as long as the product is resalable, is at the sole discretion of HPSRx Enterprises.
